_"LITERARY STUFFING" THANKSGIVING INTERVIEW SERIES WITH AUTHOR, LYNN HUBBARD

Thank you again for donating a book for the "Literary Stuffings" giveaway. Can you tell us more about the book you donated?

I am donating copies of my favorite book "Run into the Wind". It is a historical romance set in 1885. My main Character is Sabrina. A head strong woman who has a passion for life. She thinks she is perfectly content until she meets Brock. Then she realizes that maybe something is missing.

This time of year is usually a warm and happy time with friends and family, how do you usually spend Thanksgiving every year?

I usually stay home for Thanksgiving, but this year I'm heading to Florida to spend it with Harry Potter. Oh yeah, and my sisters family.

Can you remember one of your most happiest Thanksgivings?

Would have to be as a child. I come from a large family and I have over 50 first cousins. We would have dinner at my Grandma Hubbard's house and everyone would come no matter how far away they lived.

What's your favorite thing about Thanksgiving?

Well I write historical romance, so I always think back to the pilgrims. How difficult their lives were and how thankful they were for the little things. Like food on the table. And perhaps hooking up with a hot Indian. I also love watching the parades. I think the giant balloons are amazing!

Some families have traditions they do every year, does your family have a tradition that goes along with Thanksgiving?

SHOPPING! I have no qualms about getting up at 3am or even hitting the thanksgiving day sales with my family.

Food is always one of the biggest things about this time of year, do you have a favorite desert or even a recipe you'd like to share with us?

I don't normally cook. I like simple things like fresh bakes cookies or rice pudding. Or fresh baked cookies dipped in rice pudding.

There are so many ways to cook a turkey, does your family have a special way of getting the big bird ready, perhaps a special ingredient or stuffing?

Lol! It was my mom's turn to make the stuffing last year and she completely forgot about it! But my favorite stuffing is baked. You put the stuffing in a pan and bake it til it's golden brown and cut it into squares. yum

After eating all that food and settling in for the evening what do you do with the time that's left before bed?

We like to play games, yathzee is great for a large group or pictionary.

Is there any other information you'd care to share with us about your books that are out now or any upcoming novels?

I just released a short story for Christmas called "A Christmas Crossing" it's available on Amazon. . My latest book release is Chase the Moon. It contains all the characters from Run into the Wind. If you have time stop by my website and check them out! www.lynnhubbard.com
